The "I'm fine" Statement of a Person with Suicidal Thoughts
It is indeed very easy to say "I'm fine" even though you are not. Trust me, there are many people in this world who tend to say "I'm fine" just so the conversation would not prolong. People having suicidal thoughts feel physically numb. Yet emotionally poorly broken. When you think of suicidal thoughts, a lot of times your emotions are heightened. One can never explain such feeling. The feeling that you are aware of the thoughts of suicide in your head yet you just keep on doing it even if you know it is somehow not good for you.
In the even of having suicidal thoughts and having the habit of saying "I'm fine" without ever meaning it, please, do yourself a favor. When you you are fine, mean it the best possible way ever. Remember, you are listening to you. Whatever you say to yourself will affect you. If you say it with your whole heart that you are fine, mean it twice as much and you who's listening to you will begin to be lightened up.
Saying "I'm fine" in the midst of suffering from suicidal thoughts should not be take for granted. This two words can either break or make you. Suicide is never an option. Don't fill your head with suicidal thoughts. You are more powerful than you think you are. So think of the great things and surely you will be great!
